We have payment options that make even the most difficult orthodontic case affordable, including no-interest plans. We accept credit cards and automatic bank drafts. We also offer additional financial plans with no down payment required. We will thoroughly explain your options at your first visit so that we can accommodate your needs.
If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, we will be happy to complete all of the necessary paperwork so that you receive your maximum benefit.

Before Braces
- facial and intraoral photographs
- full head (cephalometric) X-ray
- dental/jaw (panoramic) X-ray
- study models of the teeth
- a thorough initial examination by Dr. Harris or Dr. Steen
- diagnosis and explanation of the problem
- comprehensive explanation of the treatment plan
- recommendations for ideal timing of orthodontic treatment
- explanation of risks and limitations of orthodontic treatment
- referrals to any other necessary specialists
During Treatment
- all necessary braces and orthodontic appliances
- orthodontic correction by highly trained doctors and staff
- oral hygiene instructions and starter kit
- correspondence with insurance carriers
- correspondence with other doctors
- availability of the doctor or staff member to speak to you at every appointment
- all adjustments, wire changes, emergency visits*
After Braces
- removal of orthodontic appliances and tooth polishing
- shaping of teeth as needed to improve esthetics and function
- one set of retainers**
- one-year of retention appointments
*If appliances are broken or lost due to patient neglect or carelessness, there may be a separate charge for replacing them.
**There will be a separate charge for loss or breakage of initial retainers.
